MYSTERY SHOPPING AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WORKSHOP IN GREECE BY GLOBAL LINK


GLOBAL LINK in cooperation with PRAKTIKER HELASS and under the auspices of the Greek Institute of Customer Service organized a workshop on Mystery Shopping and Customer Satisfaction research.  State-of-the art techniques and good practice guidelines were presented.  The theory was substantiated by case studies, illustrating the key role of research in increasing customer loyalty, sales and profits.  A great deal of interest was generated by the online reporting system.  The importance of belonging to MSPA was stressed.  The seminar was hosted by Attiki Odos and achieved record attendance.


According to Mr. Michael Pontikos, Executive Director of the Greek Institute of Customer Service "The workshop achieved the highest rating ever given to the Institute's events, as all presentations were enlightening, comprehensive and delivered by enthusiastic presenters.  The high attendance proves the importance of offering exceptional service and the value of mystery shopping in achieving this goal".
