Global Link Presents its Innovative Research Tool
From 21 to 23rd of May the 20th Annual conference of the Mystery Shopping Profesionals Association (MSPA) TOOK PLACE. The topic of this year's conference was <<Agility'- The Future For Prosperity>> and 258 high ranking managers for over 52 countries attended. Keynote speaker was Stephanie Damas Global Link's Qualitative Director, who presented the implementation of the new methodology called INTERdigitACTION that the company has developed. This digital tool which is implemented in qualitative research can be utilised by mystery shopping, providing the opportunity to dig deeper in the real time experience of each client.
